Wallace Cotton is made up of many teams who work together and across the business to deliver beautiful collections of bed linen, homeware, sleep and daywear to our customers.
Our Marketing Team are responsible for taking Wallace Cotton to the world. They do this through managing our website, through communicating with our customers via email, social media platforms, relationship building, advertising and PR and in turn, building brand loyalty and brand awareness. How long have you worked at Wallace Cotton?
Since mid-2021.
What are your key tasks?
My role means no two days are ever the same. One day, I could be developing a marketing strategy and working on collaborations; the next, I might be writing press releases and pitching stories to the media. Whether I’m working with the marketing team to find ways to enhance our customers experience with our brand or organising photoshoots and creating content, it’s always exciting and creative.

Wallace Cotton is such a lovely place to work, from the people I get to work with every day, through to the beautiful product itself!

Since early 2021.
What are your key tasks?
I'm responsible for most things digital. Whether that be the website, our digital marketing and a few things in-between. I co-lead our talented marketing team, that design and deliver all the beautiful campaigns you see and experience.
What do you love about your job?
I've always loved the saying 'What is the most important thing in the world? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata. It is the people, it is the people, it is the people'. It is so true for why I love being a small part of the Wallace Cotton team. The bed linen upgrade has been pretty good too!

What are your key tasks?
I help bring our marketing ideas to life on our website, helping to create and schedule all of our content, promotions and emails.
What do you love about your job?
In the early days I loved the coffee machine, it was a massive upgrade from Nescafe gold. Then came our famous morning teas with Karen’s cheese scones or Michele’s chocolate brownie...right now I have a renewed admiration of our product, probably my age, but our white bedding is perfection.
